  • Group Registration (5 or more participants): Special discounts are available for group registrations. To avail of this offer, please email the names and contact details of all participants to secretariat@matseries.com.
  • Confirmation Email: All registered participants will receive a confirmation email with access details for the virtual summit.

  • Senior Registration: Mandatory for all senior-level professionals. Registrations under other categories will not be accepted for individuals holding senior designations.
  • Premium Registration: Designed for companies and industry professionals looking to promote their work or enhance their expertise through the summit.
  • Student Registration: Provides full access to all webinar sessions and panel discussions. A valid student ID or verification document is required.
  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event will receive a full refund.
  • 50% Refund: Cancellations made between 15 and 20 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Cancellation Requests: Must be submitted in writing to secretariat@matseries.com.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7 to 15 business days after the cancellation request is received. Transaction fees incurred during the refund process are the responsibility of the registrant.
  • Registration Confirmation: Your registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment. A confirmation email with webinar access details will be sent to the registered email address.
  • Webinar Access: Access to sessions and materials is strictly limited to registered participants. Sharing access links or materials with non-registered individuals is strictly prohibited.
  • Participant Conduct: Attendees are expected to maintain professional conduct during the summit. Any disruptive behaviour or misuse of materials may result in removal from the event without a refund.
  • Intellectual Property: All summit materials, including presentations, handouts, and recordings, are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or modification is prohibited.

Yogendra Kumar Mishra

Professor, Smart Materials Group, University of Southern Denmark

Prof. Yogendra Kumar Mishra is a distinguished Professor with special responsibilities in Nanomaterials at the University of Southern Denmark, where he leads the Smart Materials Group at Nano SYD. With over 15 years of expertise in 3D nanomaterials, functional nanostructures, and smart materials, Prof. Mishra has made significant contributions to the field. He has successfully supervised numerous PhD, Postdoctoral, and Master’s students and has been instrumental in coordinating various international research collaborations, including EU and global initiatives. A recognized leader in his field, he has delivered keynote addresses, organized high-profile conferences, and served as a reviewer for prestigious journals and book proposals. Prior to his current role, Prof. Mishra was a Group Leader at Kiel University, Germany, and an Alexander von Humboldt Fellow. He holds a PhD in Physics from Jawaharlal Nehru University, India, and a Habilitation in Materials Science from Kiel University, Germany.
